What is it

A free captioning app for Deaf, hard of hearing and speech-disabled people. You read what the other person says in real time.

It is certified by the US FCC and free for eligible users.

It also calls 911

A 911 call goes to the nearest police or fire station using the registered address or phone location.

Without transcription, they cannot even make a call. Even if it is not perfect, it is better than nothing.Rylo staff, Sept 30, 2026

Not yet for DeafBlind users

It relies on reading captions, so DeafBlind people cannot use it yet.

In Korea: the 107 relay center

Video call or text 107 and the call is relayed by sign language or text.

It also relays 119 and 112 emergency calls, 24 hours a day, every day.

Based on the Twili team's visit to Rylo on September 30, 2026 and its website. This is a US service.
